Surface treatments

We provide complete surface treatment of metals by powder coating. We carry out the painting process in two production halls equipped with the latest technologies. The requirements of our customers for the quality of surface finishes are very high and are constantly getting stricter. We are able to provide practically all standardized shades. According to the customer's requirements, we apply both base and top coat. We check the applied varnish layer daily, focusing on the parameters of gloss, hardness, adhesion and texture. The quality of the painting process is regularly evaluated and certified by independent laboratory tests. In addition to powder coating, we also provide other forms of surface treatments on parts that are processed by our business partners. In particular, these include electroplating and cataphoretic painting.
