Sheet metal cutting and processing
In our engineering production we process sheet metal using modern machines and technologies. We work mainly with structural steel, but we also have experience with stainless steel materials or aluminium alloys. We are able to provide a wide range of sheet metal machining options. Laser cutting of flat materials is the initial operation for most of our products. We perform precision laser cutting on three laser machines from sheet metal sheets with material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 20 mm with maximum dimensions of 1500x3000 mm. Sheet metal cutting is also made possible by a CNC punching press, which is equipped with a wide range of special and forming tools. In addition to the shape cutting and punching of sheet metal, it allows the addition of anti-slip elements to products such as stairs or skirting boards.
CNC bending technologies are used for further processing of sheet metal blanks. The parts are bent on 3 bending presses, which are equipped with a large number of bending tools and thus enable the production of various shapes meeting strict dimensional accuracy.
Another important machine for forming operations is the CNC 3D tube bender, which is used to produce handrails and other safety elements up to 40 mm in diameter.
